Oh no, it's much worse than that. I usually import the video into Premiere to cut it up and then using the Adobe Dynamic Link send it over to After Effects. From there I do whatever it is that I'm doing, and then export it out at the highest quality video to then import into GIFTuna. Then I have my GIF.
